Ever had a song come on the radio that makes you reach for the dial? Well, one of our listeners—let’s call him John (not his real name!)—had some strong feelings about a certain band we play: REO Speedwagon.
“John” reached out saying he’ll no longer listen to me or Q 92.3. Now, I get it—not every band is for everyone. However, instead of just letting this slide, I invited him to come on the air and talk about it.
He agreed, but under two conditions:
- I couldn’t use his real name.
- I had to disguise his voice.
